Security is the foundation.
A helpdesk is full of personal data. That's why security at Flagbell isn't an extra. It's how the whole thing is built.
No passwords
You sign in with a passkey: your fingerprint, face or device PIN. Phishing-resistant. A code by email works too, with strict limits.
Workspaces kept strictly apart
Every row in the database belongs to one workspace, and the database itself refuses references to another one. Tested with every change.
Email is always data
Email is shown as text, never as HTML. Attachments are always downloads. Forged senders can't redirect your replies.
In the EU, with an audit log
Hosted in the EU behind Cloudflare. Anyone who reads, answers, exports or erases a privacy request shows up in the audit log.
