For agencies
Many clients. No crossed wires.
Run support for your clients, or offer it with the sites you build. Each client gets their own workspace with their own team, and what belongs to one never shows up at another.
A workspace per client
Each client gets their own workspace, strictly separate from the rest, with their own team. Email, chats and contacts from one client stay in that workspace.
Invite by email, pick a role
Add people by email and give each a role: owner, agent or viewer. Your client can read along as a viewer while your team answers.
Their brands, their colors
Each client’s brands keep their own email addresses, and replies go out from the address the email came in on. The chat widget shows up on every site in that site’s own colors.
Multiple brands →A help center on their subdomain
Articles go live on the client’s own subdomain, like help.theirbrand.com, in their style. The help center is in the works.
About the help center →AI agents per workspace
Connect Claude over MCP and choose the workspace it works in. It never gets more than your permissions there, and if you leave that team, its access stops too.
About AI agents →Light on the sites you build
The widget is one script of a few kilobytes, with no third-party trackers or cookies. It loads fully only when a visitor presses the button.
About live chat →
For example
Say your agency builds the sites for Flowerstall and Bikeplaza. Each gets its own workspace: your team answers Flowerstall’s chats in Flowerstall’s colors, and its founder reads along as a viewer. Bikeplaza has a team of its own, and its questions never turn up in Flowerstall’s inbox.
Questions from agencies
Can one client see another client’s conversations?
No. Every workspace is strictly separate, down to the database. People only see the workspaces they’re invited to.
Can my client look in without replying?
Yes. Invite them by email with the viewer role. Agents answer conversations, and owners also manage the team.
What does Flagbell cost for an agency?
Pricing isn’t announced yet. Flagbell is in development, and we’ll share prices before we let new people in. Everyone on the waitlist hears it first.
