No templates match your search. Try another word, or pick All.
Type the customer’s first name, your own name and your brand in the fields at the top. Every template on the page fills in as you type, and the copy button copies the reply with your details in it. Placeholders for one conversation, such as [Order number] or [Expected date], stay in brackets. Fill those in after you paste, so you can’t send one by mistake.
Under “More placeholders” are the details that stay the same in every conversation: your opening hours, reply time, return period and links to your help center and review page. Fill them in once and the templates use them everywhere. Nothing you type is sent or saved, so the fields are empty again when you reload the page.
Read every template out loud and change what doesn’t sound like you. Check the facts as well: your return period, how fast refunds arrive, what your plans cost. A saved reply with an old rule in it does more harm than typing from scratch.
When you use one, add a line that only fits this customer: what they ordered, something they mentioned, thanks for their patience. The template gives you the body. That one line makes it read as if you wrote it for them.
Copy the ones you need into your helpdesk’s saved replies, and name each after the question it answers, such as “Where is my order?”. Most helpdesks have their own codes for the customer’s name: swap our brackets for those.
In Flagbell, saved replies live in the inbox, in English and Dutch, with placeholders for the customer’s name, the brand and the agent. One reply then works for every brand you run. Our guide on writing saved replies goes deeper: which ones to write first, how to build them and how to keep two languages in step.
A template fits a question with one right answer. Write the reply yourself when a customer is upset, when the question has a detail the template doesn’t cover, when they write back after a saved reply that didn’t help, and for privacy requests, refunds outside your policy and anything legal.
A reply you write once and reuse whenever the same question comes in. Helpdesks also call them canned responses, macros or templates. A good one saves typing and gives every customer the same correct answer.
Yes. Copy them, change them and use them wherever you answer customers, in any tool. You don’t need an account, and nothing you type on this page is stored.
They’re placeholders. The ones you fill in at the top change in every template at once. The rest, like [Order number], differ per conversation: fill them in after you paste. Anything still in brackets is easy to spot before you send.
Put the answer first, keep sentences short and sign with a name. Fill in every placeholder, and add one line that fits only this customer before you send.
Yes. The Dutch version of this page has all of them, written in natural Dutch with “je”.
