Where Crisp is strong

  • Many channels in one inbox: chat widget, email, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, Telegram, Line, Viber and phone.
  • Hugo, an AI agent that learns from your knowledge base, website and past conversations, plus AI to translate, summarize and rephrase.
  • Chat extras like audio and video calls with screen sharing, co-browsing and live translation in more than 50 languages.
  • A flat price per workspace with seats included, a free plan, and a 14-day trial with all features.
  • Apps for web, Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, and integrations such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Slack, HubSpot and Zapier. Data on EU servers.

Where Flagbell is different

  • Made for several brands: each brand has its own addresses, widget, help center and language, and you see them all in one inbox with a brand filter.
  • A light widget per brand without third-party trackers or cookies, which loads fully only when someone presses the button.
  • GDPR in the inbox: access and deletion requests get their one-month deadline, and export and erase take one click.
  • Connect your own AI agent, like Claude, over MCP, and choose per connection what it may do. There’s no built-in chatbot.
  • Flagbell is in development with a waitlist. It has email and live chat only, no integrations, and pricing isn’t announced yet.

You add the Flagbell widget to your site in place of Crisp’s, and forward your support addresses to Flagbell. Replies go out from the same address your customers already write to.
