Where Freshdesk is strong

  • Ticketing, a shared inbox, threads and tasks, automations and ticket dispatch on every plan, with multiple SLA policies from Pro.
  • Freddy AI: an email AI agent on every plan with the first 500 sessions included, plus Copilot from Pro and AI Insights on Enterprise.
  • Freshdesk Omni adds chat and messaging apps, AI agents for those channels in 60+ languages, and your own phone line on Pro and up.
  • Analytics and real-time dashboards on every plan, and custom dashboards from Pro.
  • A marketplace of apps and connectors, and MCP so AI tools can work with your tickets and other systems.

Where Flagbell is different

  • Made for several brands: every brand gets its own addresses, widget, help center and language, in one inbox with a brand filter.
  • A chat widget of a few kilobytes, without third-party trackers or cookies. Outside office hours your answer goes out by email, in the same conversation.
  • GDPR handled in the inbox: requests for access or deletion get their one-month deadline, and the audit log shows who handled them.
  • Connect Claude or another MCP client and set per connection whether it may read, write notes or send email.
  • In development: the inbox, live chat and AI connection work today, the help center is in the works, and pricing isn’t announced yet.
